Central Restaurants, an intimate food and drink concept created by the team behind CRAFT Beer Market, is thrilled to announce the opening of their brand new location in the heart of downtown Vancouver, set for spring 2025.
Located in the Bentall Centre at 555 Burrard Street, this will be one of three new locations for Central Restaurants opening in early 2025, promising to deliver good vibes and great times, with additional openings in Toronto and Calgary anticipated to open early next year.
The 3,500 sq ft space, designed by Canadian interior design firm Way of Normal, will feature a modern and vibrant aesthetic, complete with a 360-degree bar, iconic artwork, lush greenery, vintage light fixtures, and ample natural light.
The exterior will feature a 2,000 sq ft outdoor multi-season patio with plenty of seating and beautiful greenery, providing a stylish and comfortable spot for dining and socializing.
The food menu is designed to please every taste. Standout menu items include the Mexican Street Chicken, featuring stone-fired spiced chicken served with smashed potatoes, tomato queso, and seasonal vegetables; the stone fired Hickory Smoked Bbq Chicken Pizza, topped with onion, pepper relish, bbq chicken, mozzarella cheese, kernel corn, pickled red onions, and cilantro; or the Lemongrass Chicken Noodle Bowl, composed of vermicelli noodles, romaine lettuce, peanuts, carrots, cabbage, basil, mint, sweet chili lime vinaigrette, and nuoc cham dressing. Brunch lovers can look forward to items like Sourdough French Toast, Breakfast Enchiladas, and the Chorizo Power Bowl, available on weekends from 11am to 2pm.
The drink menu, skillfully crafted by Beverage Director Nick Hugh, will feature a selection of wines, local craft beers, and crushable cocktails. Highlights include the Hibiscus Sunrise, made with premium tequila, triple sec, hibiscus, and lime; the Spicy Tequila Pineapple Mule, crafted with pineapple jalapeño-infused premium tequila, ginger beer, lime, and mint; and the Frosty Spiced Horchata, featuring premium white rum, amaretto, horchata, and garnished with a cherry.
