Following the tremendous success of the second Wild Blue Long Table Dinner in July, Partner and Chef Alex Chen is delighted to announce his menu for the next long table dinner event on Sunday, August 18, 2024.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Whistler Village, this culinary extravaganza promises an unforgettable dining experience. Chef Chen, along with Executive Chef Derek Bendig, will present a meticulously curated menu for guests while Wine Director Kathryn Woods has selected expertly paired wines to complement each dish.
Meanwhile, Partner and Restaurant Director Neil Henderson will be at the helm overseeing the execution of the event.

Guests will again be delighted with a Perrier Jouët champagne welcome reception alongside signature summer cocktails from Bar Manager Zack Lavoie, winner of Air Canada enRoute’s Cocktail of the Year. For the August 18 event, Lavoie will be mixing up new off-menu cocktails exclusively for this occasion.
For the August 18 event, Chef Chen and Chef Bendig have crafted an entirely new menu to celebrate the freshest ingredients of the season, staying true to their renowned hyper-seasonal focus. Additionally, the August dinner will coincide with National Pinot Noir Day, and as such, guests will be treated to the exclusive Martin’s Lane Dehart Pinot Noir.
