The evening’s offerings include Beef Tartar with porcini emulsion atop Roesti potato, Nori Crisp with snap peas salad and miso yuzu dressing, and Hamachi delicately paired with shiso flower and ponzu gelee.

As guests gather at the long table, the dinner – served family-style – will commence. For the first course, diners will delight in the vibrant flavours of Summer Peas and asparagus accompanied by focaccia croutons, Puglia burrata, and basil vinaigrette, creating a harmonious symphony of seasonal ingredients.
