St. Lawrence, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Vancouver’s Railtown, is marking their eighth anniversary with a new tasting menu rooted in Québécois traditions. Available throughout August, the Table Champêtre-inspired menu is a tribute to Chef/Owner J-C Poirier’s culinary beginnings in Québec and the province’s deep ties to seasonal, farm-driven cuisine.

The four-course menu draws inspiration from Québec’s rural dining culture, where meals highlight what is grown, raised, and harvested locally. Poirier integrates personal favourites and recipes from his award-winning cookbook Where The River Narrows, alongside nostalgic dishes from his early career at Les Remparts and Toqué!.
Each course reflects a rustic yet refined approach to Québécois fare, using ingredients sourced from nearby farmers, fishers, and foragers. The offering is available for $125 per person, with optional enhancements and beverage pairings curated by the St. Lawrence team.
The Table Champêtre menu is available from Tuesday to Sunday, 5 pm to 10:30 pm, for a limited time. Reservations can be made online at stlawrencerestaurant.com.
