The RBC Dumpling Tasting Soirée, hosted by the Asian Arts & Culture Society in partnership with Tourism Richmond, took place this year at the BCIT Aerospace Building in Richmond. Inspired by the success of the BC Dumpling Festival, the event brought together community members, businesses, and food lovers for an evening of dumpling tasting from various cultures, beverages, live entertainment, a dumpling tasting competition as well as a silent and live auction. Partial proceeds went to the Richmond Hospital Foundation. Here are some photos from my experience.
