Paris Baguette Vancouver will celebrate the grand opening of its downtown location on February 1, 2025, bringing a selection of French-inspired pastries, cakes, and savoury baked goods to British Columbia for the first time. The 3,000-square-foot café, located at 1150 Alberni Street, will offer seating for 36 guests and a mix of Parisian and Asian-style bakery items, including a self-serve pastry selection.

To mark the occasion, several promotions will be available. From 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on February 1, customers will receive 10% off all purchases up to $100. After 10:00 a.m. until closing, each guest will receive a voucher for a complimentary pastry or medium-sized coffee on their next visit. From February 1 to 8, purchases will enter guests into the Lucky Draw Extravaganza, where 20 winners will receive 10% off all purchases for six months.
The menu features French-style classics such as croissants and baguettes alongside Asian-inspired items like the Pastry Frank, a savoury sausage wrapped in buttery dough, and the Sweet Rice Donut, a chewy rice pastry filled with red bean paste. Among the most popular items since the soft opening, Mochi Donuts are available in flavours such as butter pecan, strawberry, and sugar. Cakes include the Strawberry Soft Cream Cake, a vanilla cake with soft cream and fresh strawberries, available by the slice or in two sizes. Other options include the Cappuccino Cake, shaped like a coffee mug with a frothy finish.

Savoury options range from quiches and pizzettas to stuffed croissants and croquettes, including panko-coated doughnuts filled with crab or mild curry. The café also offers salads, sandwiches, wraps, and freshly baked loaves, including milk bread and baguettes. Catering packages are available for online orders through the brand’s website.
The café is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.. For more details, visit Paris Baguette Vancouver.
