The Multisensory Star Chef Soirée brought together fine dining and immersive art to support Arthritis Society Canada. Hosted by Serein Properties, the evening featured an eight-course Italian menu by 3 Michelin Star Chef Umberto Bombana, paired with rare international wines, and visuals by Normal Studio, the team behind Beyond Van Gogh.

This event marked Canada’s first charitable immersive dining experience, raising awareness and funds for childhood arthritis, a condition affecting thousands of Canadian children but often overlooked in research and funding.
