Nana’s Green Tea has opened a new location in Downtown Vancouver, right next to Zubu Ramen.

Menu
The Japanese café is known for matcha, hojicha, soft serve, parfaits, and tea-based sweets. The menu brings together drinks and desserts with a focus on earthy tea flavours, creamy textures, and classic Japanese ingredients like red bean and mochi. Here are some photos of the menu.

What We Tried
We tried the Matcha Warabimochi Parfait, which had a creamy matcha flavour with soft serve and chewy warabimochi. The combination gave the parfait a nice mix of earthy tea notes and texture.
The Hojicha Shiratama Parfait had a deeper roasted tea flavour. The shiratama added a soft, chewy texture that worked well with the smooth soft serve.

For drinks, we tried the Matcha Azuki Shiratama Latte. The drink brought together matcha and red bean, with shiratama adding a gentle chew.
We also had the Azuki Strawberry Latte, which was creamier and fruitier. The strawberry added brightness, while the red bean gave the drink a gentle sweetness.

For pastries, we tried the Matcha Azuki Swiss Roll. It was soft and creamy, with matcha and red bean in a light rolled cake.

The Matcha Tiramisu was another matcha-based dessert option, with a creamy texture and tea-focused flavour.
