Kinton Ramen is bringing their signature Japanese comfort food to Vancouver Island, with a new location set to open in May 2025 at 813 Wharf Street in Victoria.
The upcoming restaurant spans 1,919 square feet and will seat 60 guests, offering a casual dine-in space for ramen lovers in the heart of downtown Victoria. This marks the brand’s latest expansion in British Columbia as it continues to grow its presence across Canada.
The Victoria menu will feature Kinton Ramen’s core selection of four signature ramen styles: Original, Shoyu, Miso, and Spicy, as well as a beef ramen made with 100% beef broth. Guests can customise their bowls with a choice of thick, thin, or shirataki noodles, and toppings such as seasoned eggs, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, and nori.
The restaurant will operate daily from 11 AM to 8 PM.
