C|Prime Unveils New Spring and Summer Menus

C|Prime Modern Italian Steak & Wine has launched its seasonal menus at the Century Plaza Hotel, bringing a refreshed lineup of cocktails and contemporary Italian-inspired dishes to its downtown Vancouver location at 1015 Burrard Street.

The updated cocktail menu offers a mix of martinis, Negronis, and other summer favourites. Options include the Espresso Martini, Negroni Mezcal, Grapefruit Margarita, and Paper Plane, along with house-made takes on the Aperol Spritz, Bellini, and Vesper Martini.

In the kitchen, Executive Chef Behshad Zolnasr introduces new antipasti and entrées for the season. The menu includes Lobster Bisque with grilled prawns, Murgella Burrata with tomato foam and basil oil, and Scallop & Pork Belly served over truffle honey and cauliflower purée. Pasta options include Mushroom Risotto, Gnocchi with brown butter and walnuts, Cavatelli with lamb ragu, and Short Rib Ravioli in bay leaf cream.

Larger plates feature dishes like Braised Lamb Shank, Halibut with smoked carrot purée, and a selection of prime cuts including Ontario’s McLeod Farms AAA beef, Blue Dot from PEI, and Australian King River Wagyu. Diners can choose from tenderloin, ribeye, NY striploin, or a 50 oz tomahawk.

C|Prime is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering a classic steakhouse experience with Italian influences.
