KFC Canada has just opened up in Kitsilano and they are excited to serve the community their famous fried chicken. The new location is at 2608 W Broadway, Vancouver.
The bright and modern interior features a dedicated dining area where you can sit down and enjoy your meal.
You’ll also find wireless charging pads which comes in handy if your phone battery is low.
They also have self-serve ordering kiosks to speed up the ordering process.
On our visit, we had the Original 14 piece bucket with 4 sides as well as the Hot & Spicy Chicken box meal.
This location is also accessible friendly with an accessible entrance, seating as well as accessible features at the self-serve kiosk.
KFC West Broadway also donates their surplus chicken to local charities in Vancouver through KFC’s Harvest Program.

I have not had very good experiences at the new KFC Broadway location so far. My first experience was what seemed to be very slow service. I thought, Ok, It's a new location, very busy, I can understand service taking a little longer. From the time of our order, until leaving the store was almost 25 Minutes ( seemed longer). My second experience at new KFC was even worse. On entering the store, I waited almost 12 minutes before someone came to the front counter to serve me. I had a promotion coupon for a bucket meal, and when presented, the attendant seem to have difficulty entering it on the register. She went into the back, and came back out a short time later, indicating that she could not enter it on the register, and that I had to use the KIOSK. Not pleased after having waited so long to be served, off I went to the KIOSK - stumbled around the menu looking , only to find out the promotion item was not on the KIOSK menu. Back to the front count I went, where I waited another 5 minutes before the attendant came back. I explained that the promotion coupon was not on the KIOSK menu, she said OK, went to the back, and that was it. Never came back to the front counter, never offered to assist in any way, never asked anyone else for help. After standing there another 7 minutes, I left in total frustration. I proceeded to go the the KFC at Knight & 49th Ave., where there seemed to be no difficulty in using the promotional coupon, and I was in and out of there in 10 Minutes. I was even given two pieces of additional chicken for the inconvenience of not having ready the type of chicken I wanted. I just cannot see myself returning to this new location in the future.
