Dragon Bowl is a build-you-own Chinese bowl concept which has opened up a second Metro Vancouver location in New Westminster.

They offer a fast and nutritious meal starting at just $14.
You start off my selecting a protein like chicken, beef, shrimp, pork, lamb and more. Then select a base like white or brown rice, spring salad, or noodles.
The sauces they offer include their signature Dragon Sauce; Curry Sauce; Black Pepper Sauce; Mushroom sauce and so forth.
And it comes with choice of three sides like shredded potatoes, bean sprouts, bean curd, lotus roots with peas and more.
We went with a chicken bowl with Dragon sauce, bean curd, bean sprouts, bok choy and an egg.
The other bowl we tried was a lamb curry with woodear mushroom, bean sprouts and lotus roots.
We also had a tea egg added to the bowls and tried their chicken soup.
This particular location also offers milk teas and slushes and we enjoyed their Boba Milk Tea.
Interior & Vibe
It is also very spacious and has fun, custom signage for an inviting ambiance.
Overall Impression
The bowls were delicious and reasonably priced. I also enjoyed the variety of options offered. We enjoyed their boba milk tea.
