Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is hosting an exclusive wine dinner on Thursday, April 24, 2025, in collaboration with Iconic Wineries of British Columbia. Set within a rarely opened space inside the hotel, the Best of B.C. Wine Dinner brings together a five-course menu with wine pairings from four acclaimed wineries: Mission Hill Family Estate, CheckMate Artisanal Winery, CedarCreek Estate Winery, and Martin’s Lane Winery.
Chef Danai Hongwanishkul has developed a seasonal menu with locally sourced ingredients tailored to complement each wine pairing. One of the featured courses is a seacuterie of smoked albacore tuna, cured sockeye salmon, and prawn boudin blanc, served with the 2023 Martin’s Lane Riesling. Guests will also enjoy Beef Wellington, matched with the 2020 Oculus from Mission Hill—a Canadian red that recently earned a 100-point score.
Live music will accompany the dinner, adding to the atmosphere of this one-night-only event. Tickets are $230 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, and reservations can be made online.
