The Praguery has been a longtime favourite dessert spot in Metro Vancouver for hand-rolled chimney cakes with soft serve and delectable toppings. I’ve been a fan of their doughnut-like chimney cakes which are crispy and crunchy on the outside, tender and fluffy on the inside and tasty fillings with house-made toppings.
Here is what we tried on our visit to their Food Truck at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Richmond.
Ferrero Rocher with Ferrero soft serve, crunchy chocolate sauce, vanilla soft serve, and chocolate chips
Mr Berry with vanilla soft serve, housemade strawberry coulis, whipped cream, chocolate chips
Birthday Cake with vanilla frosting, sprinkles, maraschino cherry, chocolate chips
We enjoyed all the flavours but our favourite was the Birthday Cake!
