Yummy Bao is a new vendor at Crystal Mall’s food court selling handmade dumplings and baos. They opened up just about two months ago.
On the menu are buns in pork, beef or veggie priced at 4 for $7. They also offer steamed pork or beef dumplings ($8 for 10 pieces) and pork soup dumplings ($7 for 5 pieces). They take credit card (no extra fee).
We got their pork buns which were very juicy and had a good amount of meat. The bun dough was light and fluffy. I would rate the buns 9/10 and buy them again in the future.
Yummy Bao is open 9 am – 8 pm at the Crystal Mall food court, 4500 Kingsway in Burnaby.
