Parq Casino will welcome soccer fans to Downtown Vancouver with food and drink features throughout the tournament season.
Located at 39 Smithe Street, Parq Casino is across from BC Place, making it a convenient stop before and after matches. Fans can watch games live on the 50-foot screen at the Level 3 Sportsbook Lounge, with broadcasts covering matches in Vancouver and other host cities across North America.
During Canadian team matches, guests can take part in national team jersey giveaways. After BC Place matches, a live DJ will play for three hours. The venue will also have a photo wall, a Beer Garden by the escalators, and daily happy hour from 2 PM to 6 PM with $6 drink features on tap.
D/6 Lounge will offer rooftop and lounge viewing with large screens, outdoor seating, and soccer-inspired decor. Guests can order the King River Wagyu Burger, made with caramelized onions, aged cheddar, black truffle dressing, and triple-cooked fries, along with cocktails, local craft beer, and import beer. A hidden private room is also available for sports gatherings and celebrations.
The Victor will offer a steakhouse setting for game-day dining, with grilled cuts, sushi, a raw bar, and Pacific Northwest seafood. The restaurant also has a private room with audio and visual capabilities for group bookings.
Honey Salt will host a Canadian soccer-themed dining experience in the dining room and on the expanded streetside patio. The menu includes the Biloxi Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich, made with creamy slaw and Durkee’s dressing, along with shareable game-day bites, sangria, Canadian whiskies, cocktails, and local craft beer.
Honey Salt will also offer daily brunch service from June 12 to July 7 for fans and visitors gathering before downtown matches and festivities.
DD Mau Chinatown
DD Mau Chinatown will host Feast And Friends Vol. 5 on Sunday, June 7, bringing together Vietnamese and Japanese flavours for a one-night collaborative dinner.
Chef Tyler Hoang will be joined by Takeshi Hasegawa of OKU Izakaya and bartender Satoshi Yonemori of Shuhari Cocktail for the Chinatown event.
The multi-course menu brings together Vietnamese herbs, Japanese seafood, pandan, azuki bean, and comfort dishes reworked with a cross-cultural approach.
Starters include King Salmon And Soba Salad Roll, made with herbs, vegetables, sesame, and soba noodles, and Vietnamese Beef Tartare Hand Roll, with betel leaf, seasoned rice, herb aioli, and fried shallots.
The appetizer course includes Chef-Selection Sashimi, featuring aji, maguro, and hamachi, along with Clam Fritter with banana blossom and Vietnamese herb salad.
Mains include Grilled Black Cod with soy sauce and beurre noisette, and Caramelized Miso Thịt Kho Pork Belly with cured egg yolk and jicama pickles.
Dessert is Ogura Bread Pudding, made with azuki bean, pandan, and condensed milk.
Behind the bar, Satoshi Yonemori will offer a Japanese-focused cocktail program featuring Nikka Japanese spirits. Drinks will be available à la carte throughout the evening, including a slushy with Nikka Coffey Vodka, ube, shiso, coconut, and shikuwasa, along with a Nikka Coffey Gin Martini, Nikka Miyagikyo Highball, and Nikka Days Milk Punch.

SONG By Kin Kao has introduced a new Thai-inspired bar program created with award-winning bartender Tara Davies.

The cocktail menu draws from Thai ingredients and includes Lychee with gin, Fino sherry, lychee, pandan, lemon, and brine, Tom Yum with rum, Campari, tom yum, and tamarind, and Toasted Rice with toasted rice cream soda, rice wine, and tonka bean. Non-alcoholic options include Green Papaya and Mango, inspired by mango sticky rice.

The Pacific Institute Of Culinary Arts is offering new food events and classes at their Granville Island campus, with programming that includes a French pop-up dinner and summer cooking camps for kids and teens.
The Auguste Escoffier Pop-Up Dinner takes place on Wednesday, June 3 from 6 PM to 9 PM. Priced at $79.99 per person plus tax, the one-night event celebrates the father of modern French cuisine, with chef-instructors guiding students through a classic menu.
The dinner includes Warm Comté Gougères, Consommé Célestine, Sole Dieppoise, Filet De Boeuf À La Rossini, and Pêche Melba.
Pacific Institute Of Culinary Arts will also run week-long Summer Cooking Camps For Kids And Teens throughout July. Sessions take place July 6 to 10, July 13 to 18, July 20 to 25, and July 27 to 31, with classes running Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM.
The camps are designed for young cooks to build kitchen skills through hands-on lessons with professional chef-instructors. Each session includes cooking, baking, knife skills, pasta-making, global recipes, and a branded apron to use in class and take home.

The new menu draws from regional Italian cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and contemporary takes on classic dishes.

The menu takes a modern West Coast approach to regional Indian cuisine, using local and seasonal ingredients from British Columbia farmers, foragers, fishers, and markets.

Fanny Bay Oyster Bar And Shellfish Market
Fanny Bay Oyster Bar And Shellfish Market is turning into a game-day hub in Vancouver’s Stadium District.
The restaurant will show full match coverage across multiple screens and projectors, with private room viewing available for select games. Guests can expect extended hours on key match days, seasonal chef specials, and featured drinks including Pimm’s Cups, Caesars, beer buckets, and sangria pitchers.
