Wild Blue Announces Mountaintop Long Table Dinner

Wild Blue Restaurant + Cocktail Bar is bringing back their Long Table Dinner Series for 2026 with two outdoor dining events in Whistler, including the series’ first mountaintop dinner.

The 2026 series will take place on Sunday, July 19 and Sunday, August 16, with each event beginning at 4 PM. The dinners will feature multi-course menus, wine and Champagne pairings, seasonal cocktails, canapés, and a communal long table format designed around shared dining.

For the first time, the July 19 dinner will take place on Whistler Mountain at the Valley View Deck at Roundhouse Lodge. Guests will access the event by the Whistler Village Gondola before dining in an alpine setting with mountain views.

The August 16 dinner will return to The Range at Whistler Golf Club, located steps from the restaurant. This year’s August event will include a cocktail collaboration with The Keefer Bar, bringing a Vancouver cocktail element to the Whistler dining series.

The menus will be led by Chef Alex Chen and Executive Chef Derek Bendig, with a focus on seasonal ingredients from British Columbia’s land and sea. Wine Director Benoit Nadeau will curate beverage pairings, including Champagne from Perrier-Jouët.

Each evening will begin with a welcome reception featuring handcrafted seasonal cocktails from Bar Manager Zack Lavoie and the Wild Blue bar team, along with canapés before guests sit down for dinner.

A portion of proceeds from the Long Table Dinner Series will be donated to the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation, supporting local community initiatives in the Sea to Sky region.

Tickets are $259 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Full menus and further event details will be announced closer to the dates.
