The 2025 UBC Botanical Garden Apple Festival brought together visitors for a weekend focused on BC apples, local food, and community.

The event featured over 50 apple varieties, a new Apple Cider Garden with craft ciders from Sea Cider, and cooking demos by UBC chefs.


Guests sampled food from various vendors, listened to live music, and families gathered around the Children’s Area and the well-known leaf pile.


In keeping with their sustainability efforts, the festival promoted reusable bottles and waste reduction.




The event reflected Vancouver’s seasonal connection to local harvests and autumn traditions.
