Capaletti – Activated Charcoal Pasta, Argentinian Prawn Mousse, Crispy Leeks, Butter

Bonet Piemontese – Amaretti Custard Pudding, Chantilly, Amaretti Crumble

Tiramisu – Lady Fingers, Espresso, Mascarpone

My top picks were the Carpaccio, Tagliatelle Bolognese, Paccheri Pomodoro E Burrata, Garganelli, and Tiramisu. The Carpaccio was silky and savoury, with truffle aioli and shaved pecorino adding to the wagyu. The Tagliatelle Bolognese was comforting and rich. The Paccheri Pomodoro E Burrata stood out for its simplicity, where creamy burrata met a bright tomato sauce. I enjoyed the Garganelli with tender short rib and a touch of sweetness from dried fig. And Tiramisu wrapped it all up beautifully with espresso-soaked layers and velvety mascarpone.
