As part of the Metro Vancouver Croissant Crawl running from November 1 to 16, PAUL Le Café in Vancouver is offering a limited-time pastry creation: the Tokyo Strawberry Garden Cube Croissant.

This cube-shaped croissant features a strawberry compote centre and is finished with a layer of matcha cloud cream dusted with matcha powder.


I enjoyed the blend of buttery richness, fruity brightness, and earthy green tea notes.


To complement the pastry, the café is also featuring a Red Fruit Matcha Cloud drink which combines matcha with a soft pink cloud made from Monbana’s red-fruit chocolate.


Available at PAUL Le Café, located at 733 Seymour Street, Vancouver, for the duration of the Croissant Crawl.
