Fanny Bay Oyster Bar & Shellfish Market has launched a new lineup of weekday specials designed to make the Downtown Vancouver dining scene a little more indulgent this season. The MICHELIN Guide–recommended tide-to-table spot at 762 Cambie Street now pairs their acclaimed oysters and seafood with daily themed features that stretch from Monday through Thursday.

Mondays are for oyster lovers, with all-day Happy Hour pricing and freshly shucked East and West Coast oysters for $2 each or premium selections for $2.75. Tuesdays keep things fun with Surf & Turf Tacos or a rotating Fish Taco feature at $16, plus the same oyster pricing running all night. Wednesdays turn into a relaxed midweek wine night with 50 percent off bottles of red, white, rosé, and sparkling from the restaurant’s cellar. Thursdays finish the week on a luxurious note with Champagne and caviar offerings, including Caviar & Fried Oysters ($18), Trout Roe ($45 for 50 g), Siberian Caviar ($70 for 30 g), Divine Pacific White Sturgeon Caviar ($70 for 12 g or $140 for 30 g), and pairings like a Caviar Bump & BC Bubbles ($20) or a Caviar & Champagne set ($135).
The Happy Hour food menu, available all day Monday and from 2 to 6 p.m. the rest of the week, features dishes like Truffle Fries with Parmesan and aioli; Sablefish Collars glazed in Korean BBQ; Snapper Ceviche with avocado and sweet potato; Crab Bao with sweet chili sauce; and a decadent Lobster Poutine with bisque gravy and cheese curds. Popular items such as the Crab & Artichoke Dip, Mussels & Clams, and the signature Surf & Turf Tacos round out the list.
For Happy Hour drinks, guests can enjoy Fanny Bay Shooters made with whisky, Caesar mix, and a fresh oyster for $8; local brews from Phillips for $6; or bubbles like Serena Rosé Prosecco and Duval-Leroy Champagne by the glass or bottle.
