Dahlia at AZUR Legacy debuts fall menu and Fast Plates

Dahlia Restaurant & Cocktail Bar at the AZUR Legacy Hotel has introduced a Fall and Winter menu by Head Chef Hyeonsu Jeon. Inspired by the French Riviera and shaped by local BC ingredients, the menu is served during lunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Happy Hour from 3 to 6 p.m., and dinner from 3 to 9 p.m. daily.

Fast Plates run from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for those on the move. Choices include Fish & Chips with battered cod, lemon, and tartar sauce; a Lobster Roll with lobster tail, crumbled bacon, and remoulade on a sesame roll; and a Steak Sandwich with NY strip, harissa aioli, arugula, avocado, and Fior di Latte. Each comes with salad, fries, or soup.

Lunch and dinner expand to a seasonal list of Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with chive and pumpkin seeds; Roasted Légumes Salad with local roots, tahini, and arugula dukkah; Dahlia Garden Salad with a choice of blue cheese dressing or sherry vinaigrette; Caesar Salad; and Burrata with pumpkin seeds and lemon vinaigrette.

Small plates include ½ Dozen Oysters on the Half Shell with mignonette and horseradish; Tuna Tartare with pomegranate and harissa aioli; Calamari with pepperoncini and garlic aioli; Tartine with wild mushrooms and truffle cream; and Lamb Meatballs in arrabbiata with sourdough.

The main section features the Dahlia Burger on sesame brioche with fries; 12oz NY Strip with cowboy butter and vegetables; Chicken Milanese with arugula and tomato; Zuppa di Mare with shrimp, clams, scallops, and sablefish; Salmon with beurre blanc, dill, and fennel; Spicy Seafood Linguini with prawns and clams in arrabbiata; ½ Rack Marinated Lamb Chops with herb walnut pesto and lemon labneh; and Broiled Sablefish with soy glaze.

The bar features an updated wine list spanning Italy, France, Spain, Argentina, the Pacific Northwest, and local BC wineries, alongside signature cocktails served in the Lobby Lounge.

Two-for-one Fast Plates are available until October 15, Monday to Friday, for groups of four or more with advance booking via Dahlia’s online reservation page.
