Rosie’s Hospitality is marking the Year of the Snake with a special Lunar New Year menu, combining bold flavours and unique collaborations. The menu will be available at Main Street Brewing from January 30 to February 9 and at Parkside Brewery in Port Moody on February 1 and 7. I had the chance to taste the offerings and would recommend them!
The offerings include BBQ Bao with three filling options:
- 4AM Brisket with red onion, hoisin, and toasted peanuts.
- Smoked Chicken Breast with watermelon radish and ginger scallion oil.
- Smoked Duck Sausage with hoisin, cucumber, and scallions.

Another highlight is the Xinjiang-spiced smoked lamb ribs, seasoned with cumin, sand ginger, cinnamon, Sichuan pepper, chilis, and toasted sesame seeds, then slow-smoked for an unforgettable BBQ experience.


Rosie’s has also partnered with Dicky’s Dumps to create two dumpling-inspired dishes. The Pork & Chive Dumplings with Brisket feature housemade chili crisp for a rich, spicy twist, while the Dumps & Noodle Salad pairs steamed dumplings with a fresh, crisp salad.
