Provence Marinaside in Vancouver is hosting a special Winemaker Dinner on October 29, celebrating the harvest season with wines from Fairview Cellars. This event features the boutique winery’s new owners, Danielle and Dermott Hutton, as special guests.

Inspired by traditional Fall Suppers in France, the six-course dinner curated by Owner and Executive Chef Jean-Francis Quaglia showcases hearty autumn dishes. The menu includes Paté, Rabbit Fricassée, Beef Tenderloin, and Pears with blue cheese, perfectly paired with Fairview Cellars wines. The evening will finish on a sweet note with Flavour Theory Chocolates, crafted by former Provence sommelier Rachelle Goudreau.
The wines for the evening come primarily from the Huttons’ vintages, with the exception of a 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon poured for the final course. Joshua Carlson, Provence’s Wine Director, collaborated with Fairview Cellars to create pairings that highlight the depth and quality of these Okanagan wines. The evening is set to showcase some of the best wines from the Golden Mile.
This exclusive dinner offers a unique opportunity to enjoy fine wines and seasonal dishes in the intimate atmosphere of Provence Marinaside. Tickets are $199.99 per person, inclusive of taxes, gratuity, and booking fees.
