Zaatar W Zeit is a global brand offering a wholesome take on Lebanese street food. On their menu are wraps, salads, dips, housemade flatbreads and more served in quick yet satisfying options.

I visited their Downtown Vancouver location and here is what I tried.

The Green Chicken Wrap comes in signature spinach dough, filled with grilled chicken breast, pickles, fresh tomato, and onion. Jalapeño coriander sauce adds a spicy contrast to the tender chicken, making for a well-balanced bite.

The Wild Zaatar Manousheh is a multigrain flatbread topped with wild zaatar, onion, and tomato sauce. The herby, slightly tangy spread brings an authentic Mediterranean taste. The flatbread has a light crispness while remaining chewy.

The Classic Hummus is smooth and creamy while the Spicy Tomato Hummus has a slight spicy kick. I tried the hummus with the oat dough and multigrain dough housemade flatbreads.

The Lentil Soup, made with fresh vegetables, was light yet hearty.

Lebanese Coffee, brewed from 100 percent Arabica beans, offered a strong and aromatic complement to the meal.

With a focus on fresh ingredients and Lebanese flavours, Zaatar W Zeit is a solid choice for a quick bite or meal with a mix of savoury and comforting dishes.
