Yunqueen Rice Noodles, a Chinese brand specializing in Crossing The Bridge Noodles, will be opening a location at Landmark On Robson (1482 Robson Street) in Vancouver.
Crossing the Bridge Noodles (过桥米线,) is a traditional dish from the Yunnan province in China. The dish begins with a steaming hot broth brought to the table in a large bowl, accompanied by an array of raw ingredients including rice noodles, sliced meats, vegetables and so forth. The ingredients are immersed into the broth in order to be cooked.
