The culinary team at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is delighted to announce the launch of its Autumn Harvest Afternoon Tea, a luxurious experience that captures the rich and warm flavours of the fall season. Hosted in the elegant Notch8 Restaurant, this year’s Autumn Harvest Afternoon Tea promises an immersive and indulgent experience.
Led by the culinary expertise of Notch8 Head Chef Kay Noh, the Autumn Harvest Afternoon Tea presents an exquisite array of savoury dishes and sweet temptations that celebrate the bounty of the season. Guests can indulge in delights such as a Kabocha Squash Tartlet with vadouvan saffron apple puree and toasted coconut, Smoked Steelhead with yuzu tobiko, and Serrano Ham Reserva with pickled mustard seeds and coffee aioli on brioche.
The hotel’s renowned pastry team led by Chef Eric Fernandez, has crafted an exceptional selection of desserts, highlighting warm spices and festive ingredients. Offerings include a Salted Caramel Apple Pie Bar, Pumpkin Tiramisu, and a Cranberry Cheesecake Brownie, each designed to evoke the cozy essence of autumn.
These culinary creations are perfectly complemented by a menu of hand-selected loose-leaf teas, such as Apple Ginger Rooibos, inspired by the flavours of fall. For those seeking an elevated experience, creative fall-inspired cocktails like the Pumpkin Spice Latte Martini are available as optional add-ons, as is a selection of wines.
