I enjoyed the Grilled Pork & Egg Yolk Donburi featuring tender, smoky pork balanced by the richness of the soft poached egg yolk. Each bite offered a nice mix of savoury and umami notes, enhanced by the perfectly cooked rice underneath.
The Grilled Duck Breast Donburi featured succulent duck slices that were flavourful and cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of sweetness to complement the dish.
Each order can come with a set of sides, including seaweed salad, kimchi, buttered corn, and sweet Maixiang tea. The side dishes were a nice contrast adding variety to the meal. The tea was especially enjoyable, rounding off the meal with a light and refreshing finish.
