Whistler Cornucopia is returning for their 29th year with more than 100 events across 11 days from November 6–16, 2025. The festival is recognized as Whistler’s premier celebration of food and drink, inviting guests to expand their palate, learn from industry leaders, and take part in one of Canada’s most dynamic culinary gatherings.

New Experiences in 2025
Several fresh events join the program this year. With A Twist: Silent Disco on November 9 will feature a Cocktail Competition with six bartenders shaking up original creations while DJs set the energy. Junior Chef with Jason Dabbagh, also on November 9, is a new hands-on culinary class for teens aged 13–17. Comedy and cuisine intersect at The Comedy Kitchen on November 13, marking a decade on the Cornucopia calendar with comedian Ivan Decker as headliner.
The annual Night Market: Taste of Canada on November 14 introduces a refreshed theme and will showcase regional and Indigenous cuisine paired with Canadian wines, beers, and spirits. Straight Up returns on November 15 with a Casino Royale theme. This year’s format includes drinks and snacks with admission, along with live music and dancing. Closing out the schedule is The Cocktail Gameshow on November 16, hosted by Nick Peach, blending workshop elements, competition, and entertainment.
Culinary and Wine Programming
The Culinary Stage Series brings together chefs such as Alana Maas, Paul Natrall of Mr. Bannock Food Truck, and Jason Dabbagh, alongside other acclaimed names from British Columbia and across Canada. Wine seminars and pairing sessions will be guided by sommeliers and presenters including Kurtis Kolt, Chris Turyk, Ian Casterton, and Keith Nicholson, covering themes from affordable selections to sparkling wine with dim sum.
Among the wineries featured are Black Hills Estate Winery, Quails’ Gate Estate Winery, Phantom Creek, and Moraine Winery. Many are fresh from recognition in the 2025 National Wine Awards of Canada, with Quails’ Gate ranked sixth in the country.
