Tre Viet on Denman brings a mix of Northern and Southern Vietnamese cooking to the West End with dishes that feel comforting and familiar.

Starters include salad rolls, spring rolls, crab parcels, and chicken wings. The bánh mì selection covers cold cuts, grilled lemongrass meats, and tofu. Vegetarian options are available across soups, vermicelli bowls, and a shared platter.
Rice and vermicelli plates feature grilled lemongrass chicken, pork, prawns, or combinations. Signature items highlight Hanoi style bún chả, crispy crab with vermicelli, and fermented shrimp paste noodles for those looking to try something traditional. The drink list includes Vietnamese coffees, fresh pressed juices, and fruit smoothies, with a caramel flan for dessert.
The Hanoi Style Bún Chả arrived with smoky pork grilled over hot charcoal and a generous plate of fresh greens and vermicelli.

The Special Bún Đậu Mắm Tôm Đặc Biệt offers bold, traditional flavours with a punchy fermented shrimp paste sauce.

The crispy Hanoi crab parcel adds a savoury crunch, paired with Tre’s fish sauce for balance.

We tried their NEW pho which uses a peanut satay broth for a richer, nutty twist with a trio of beef cuts.

NEW drinks include a creamy Avocado Coffee with oat milk and a refreshing Coconut Water Matcha, rounding out a visit that highlights both classic flavours and modern touches. The Calamansi Iced Iced Tea is also a popular favourite.
