The Sesame Paste With Sesame Rice Dumpling featured the same smooth sesame soup, with chewy rice dumplings filled with sesame paste adding substance to the bowl. The dumplings were soft and satisfying, making the dessert feel substantial without being too sweet.
Gui Ling Gao plus Honey offered a refreshing change of pace. The herbal jelly carried a light bitterness that worked well with the honey, creating a refreshing dessert that felt light.
For something fruit based, the Durian Mango Dessert combined creamy durian with ripe mango. The mango added sweetness while the durian provided its familiar aroma and richness, resulting in a dessert that durian fans will appreciate.
