Tojo’s Unveils New Lunch Catering Experience

Chef Hidekazu Tojo of Tojo’s Restaurant is thrilled to announce the launch of its highly anticipated catering offerings, bringing the unparalleled quality of Tojo’s cuisine directly to customers’ tables. The team will be offering a meticulously curated selection of culinary delights, including fresh Chirashi, hearty Donburi Bowls, and premium Nigiri sets, all expertly designed to captivate and elevate guests’ experiences at corporate events, intimate gatherings, and special occasions alike.

Among the highlights of Tojo’s offerings are their Chirashi Bowls, each a masterpiece in its own right. Indulge in the perfect harmony of flavors and textures with Tojo’s meticulously prepared sushi rice, adorned with a decadent array of sashimi, fresh vegetables, and garnishes.  The luxurious Salmon Serenade Chirashi pays homage to a local treasure, with wild-caught Pacific Salmon sashimi taking centre stage, complemented by zesty daikon oroshi, crisp, fresh vegetables, bursts of briny ikura and fragrant shiso leaf.  Tojo’s Tuna Chirashi encapsulates Chef’s Signature Dish of  rich Albacore tuna in a bowl, and the Ebi Unagi Chirashi is a true symphony of flavours, with succulent wild prawn, decadent unagi, tobiko, masago, edamame, tamago, shiso leaf, and house-pickled ginger.

Choose from opulent Nigiri sets showcasing local favourites such as BC Spot Prawns, Tuna Tataki, and Smoked Salmon Battera, and premium imported fish, meticulously curated and prepared to elevate any occasion.

In addition to the seafood-forward offerings, the menu boasts an enticing selection of Donburi. Treat yourself to the melt-in-your-mouth Miyazaki Wagyu Sukiyaki Bowl, where decadent cuts of Wagyu beef are sautéed in a rich, flavourful Sukiyaki Sauce.  For veggie lovers, the Vegetable Tempura Bowl offers a symphony of crisp textures and vibrant flavors. And for those seeking a hearty, comforting option, the Wagyu Suji Curry Bowl with tenderly simmered Wagyu tendon and aromatic curry sauce is sure to satisfy.

Tojo’s lunch catering offerings are available for both delivery and pickup, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Tojo’s Catering Menu is available Wednesdays to Fridays, from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Preordering is required at least one day in advance, before 6PM. The minimum order is for 8 people, and larger orders (35 guests or more) may require additional time.
