The Teahouse Restaurant in Stanley Park is offering a $55 three-course dinner menu for Dine Out Vancouver 2026.

Set between the forest of Stanley Park and the waterfront of English Bay, the restaurant offers views of the North Shore and a west-facing dining room that is well placed for sunset. The location feels removed from Downtown Vancouver, despite being only a short drive away.

The Panko Crusted Sablefish Cake is served with fennel salad and tarragon aioli. The crisp coating is against the soft sablefish, with the fennel bringing freshness and the tarragon aioli adding a creamy herbal note.

The vegetarian Carrot-Ginger Soup is finished with crème fraîche. The ginger gives the soup some warmth, with the crème fraîche softening the sweetness of the carrots.

The Ocean Wise Herb Crusted Salmon is served with chimichurri roasted fingerling potatoes, garden vegetables and orange beurre blanc. The salmon was rich and moist, balanced by the citrus in the beurre blanc and the fresh herbs in the chimichurri.

The vegetarian Butternut Squash Ravioli is prepared with brown butter and crispy sage with sweetness from the squash and nuttiness from the brown butter.

The Key Lime Pie has a graham crust, lime custard, toasted meringue and lime zest. It was bright and tangy, with sweetness from the meringue and texture from the crust.

There was also the Coffee Tiramisu, made with mascarpone, cocoa, vanilla and coffee-soaked ladyfingers. A creamy texture with a pronounced coffee flavour and a lightly bitter cocoa finish.

My ideal three-course dinner would begin with the Panko Crusted Sablefish Cake, followed by the Herb Crusted Salmon and finished with the Coffee Tiramisu.
Featured wines are available by the glass or bottle, including selections from Quails’ Gate and Burrowing Owl.

The Teahouse Restaurant is located at 7501 Stanley Park Drive, Vancouver, BC.
