Caprese Salad, light and refreshing. Fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil come together in a simple preparation that works well as a bright start to the meal.

Half Shell Champagne Baked Oyster, warm and savoury. The baked preparation brings out the oyster’s natural flavour while adding a rich finish.
