Signage has gone up for Sushi Hyun Omakase, a new six seater omakase concept, that will be opening at 795 Jervis Street (at Robson) in Vancouver.
Sushi Hyun takes over the space formerly occupied by Ssong’s Hotdog and prior to that Koyuki Sapporo Ramen.
