Lam and his crew are also adding seafood boils to the lineup on the last Monday of the month with new Boiler Room Mondays starting July 31.

Guests will gather ‘round the table and tuck into a communal seafood feast that features Dungeness crab, mussels, clams, shrimp, corn, Andouille sausage and corn bread with Lam’s special Cajun sauce for $57 per person plus tax and gratuity.

The team will also be welcoming in local culinary talent to join them on the line every other Monday at 5 p.m. during the summer to collaborate on one-off, pop-up menus that will showcase smashburgers and other unique fare not usually seen on the fresh sheet at Straight and Marrow.

Straight and Marrow recently added a range of mouth-watering new dishes to the summer dinner menu available Wednesday through Sunday, including Korean Beef Heart Tartare with nori purée and pickled daikon and Shrimp Toast with vadouvan curry green and papaya salad, Reuben GnocchiScallop Mac and CheeseRoasted Lamb BellyPork Rind-Crusted Chicken Oystersand Sweet Corn Panna Cotta.

Available for dinner Wednesdays to Sundays from 5:30 p.m. to midnight and late-night Happy Hour from 10 p.m. onwards with 10% off food and feature drinks, the latest seasonal menu refresh continues to underscore Chef/Owner Chris Lam’s ‘nose-to-tail’ philosophy of showcasing the often-overlooked, little-known ingredients and off-cuts in his creative fare.
