Rice Cake Master has launched new savoury and sweet creations at their Richmond location.

For those with a sweet tooth, enjoy the Snow Skin Fruit Cake (冰皮水果蛋糕), the Eight-Treasure Dessert Rice (傳統八寶飯), and the Moon Rice Cake (延邊月亮糕).
The Snow Skin Fruit Cake combines the best of cake and mochi, featuring a soft cake base adorned with fresh fruits like green grape or mango, topped with whipped cream and enveloped in a mochi-like glutinous skin—a delight for cake and mochi enthusiasts alike.
The Eight-Treasure Dessert Rice showcases eight types of dried fruits and nuts arranged like jewels on steamed glutinous rice. A cherished dish during Chinese celebrations, weddings, or birthdays, this dessert is a symphony of flavors and textures.
Embraced by ethnic Korean Chinese communities, the Moon Rice Cake is a visually appealing yet straightforward dessert. These petite half-moon-shaped rice cakes are filled with a variety of sweet flavours such as mashed taro, mung bean, and red bean, offering a delightful ceremonial food experience.

On the savory side, the Rice Cake Hand Roll (稻花香手卷) introduces a creative concept for a healthy lunch or snack. This creation features freshly prepared protein and veggie toppings encased in a rice cake wrapper made from the freshly milled Wuchang aromatic rice imported from Heilongjiang, China. With an enticing rice aroma similar to freshly steamed Cantonese rice rolls and a shape resembling a giant dumpling, this hand roll provides a delicious gluten-free alternative to a burrito.
