We recently stayed at the Sandman Hotel Abbotsford Airport for one night while exploring what Abbotsford has to offer. With its convenient location and family-friendly amenities, it served as a great base for our short visit.

Our 2 Queen Room was spacious for two adults and two kids, with comfortable beds and clean, modern décor. The room included useful amenities like a mini-fridge and microwave, making it easy to store and prepare snacks for the kids. The space was well-designed for a short family stay, with plenty of room for everyone to relax after a day of adventures.
Family-Friendly Amenities
The kids loved the indoor pool, which provided a fun way to unwind. Having an on-site Denny’s open 24/7 is also convenient for guests to grab a quick meal without leaving the hotel.
Excellent Service
From check-in to check-out, the staff were welcoming and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to provide extra towels when requested.
They also have a complimentary tea and coffee for guests in the lobby.
Ideal Location
The hotel’s location near the airport and Highway 1 make it easy for visitors who want to explore Abbotsford and the surrounding Fraser Valley. We were able to visit local highlights like Highstreet Shopping Centre, Maan Farms and Taves Farms. While the immediate area around the hotel is more industrial, it’s just a quick drive to Historic Downtown Abbotsford for more dining and shopping options.
