I had a great time at Picklefest Vancouver, where more than 40 vendors offered pickles, fermented foods, sauces, snacks and drinks. There was much more variety than I expected, with sweet, spicy and sour flavours throughout the event. Here are some highlights from my visit!
It was nice seeing my local favourites Holy Duck Chili and Hype Chocolate. I also bought some pickles from Chop and Chew and some cute pickle-themed potter from Ugly Pottery.
