Perfecto Cafe has just opened a new location in Vancouver’s West End, on Robson Street at Nicola. They offer a variety of espresso-based drinks, sweet and savory pastries, sandwiches, and even gelato.
One of the café’s fun offerings is their custom printed latte art, created using a Coffee Printer. I enjoyed a beautiful latte topped with a multi-colored floral design that was truly impressive.
A must-try is the Mango Royal Croissant, a buttery, flaky pastry with a luscious mango filling.
The Pear Danish was in interesting danish with almonds and a pear on top.
For savoury options, the Pesto Tomato Mozzarella Savoury Pastry and the Turkey and Brie Sandwich are excellent choices.
Perfecto Café also makes their own gelato, and we tried the Cookies ‘N Cream, Lemon Sorbet, and Bubblegum flavors.
The café itself has a welcoming, modern atmosphere, with bright windows and a tall ceiling, making it a great spot to relax. Be sure to check them out at the corner of Robson and Nicola in Vancouver.
