The immersive new program will help students hone and fine-tune their expertise in the food and beverage industry by taking them on a six-month onsite and online journey into the business of hospitality and restaurant management with intake dates set for Sept. 23, 2024 and April 7, 2025.

The curriculum extends beyond the pass and the line of the kitchen to an in-depth dive into topics that are vital to the success of any operation in today’s world such as marketing strategies, management controls and operational efficiency. Students will also delve into the nuances of human resources and how to build and lead dynamic teams that drive success in an ever-more competitive food and beverage industry.
