Camellia Sinensis invites you to discover the “Napoli Spritz,” a cocktail made with the Memories from Napoli iced tea blend. This fresh and tangy cocktail combines the herbal flavors of rosemary and green tea with the zest of grapefruit. It’s the ideal drink for those seeking a new, refreshing taste experience inspired by Mediterranean flavors.

Ingredients (1 glass)
- 45 ml of Souvenir de Napoli iced tea
- 22 ml of Amermelade
- 15 ml of freshly pressed grapefruit juice.
- 30 ml of carbonated mineral water with grapefruit flavour (Montellier)
Ingredients (1 litre)
- 400 ml of Souvenir de Napoli iced tea
- 200 ml of Amermelade
- 133 ml of freshly pressed grapefruit juice.
- 266 ml of carbonated mineral water with grapefruit flavour (Montellier)
Preparation
- Prepare the iced tea (infused for 8hours in the fridge with mineral water)
- Fill a wine glass* half-way with ice.
- Pour in the iced tea, Amermelade, grapefruit juice and then top up with carbonated mineral water with grapefruit flavour.
- Rub grapefruit zest around the rim of the glass.
*If you are not using a wine glass another glass of at least 6 oz. If you are making a litre mix all the ingredients except the ice. The ice can be put directly into the glasses to serve.
An interesting alternative is to make a more traditional spritz by simply replacing the carbonated mineral water with grapefruit flavour with Prosecco or another sparkling wine.
