Stackhouse Steak Sandwich offers a compact menu focused on steak-forward options, including their signature Stackhouse Steak Sandwich with flat iron steak; a dry aged brisket dip sandwich; and a steak tartare open-faced option. Sides include a Caesar salad, French onion soup, truffle aioli potato chips, smashed potatoes, and vegetable pickles. For something sweet, there’s yuzu sorbet or cheesecake in a jar with an optional strawberry topping. Beverage choices range from basic drinks like pop and juice to coffee options and zero-proof beer.
The Steakhouse Steak Sandwich ($12) features a six-ounce flat iron steak that is sous vide for seven hours before being roasted and carved. It is served with crispy onions and chimichurri sauce, creating a combination of tender meat and bold seasoning.
For a different take, the Steak Tartare Open Sandwich ($12) uses sirloin beef with cornichons, capers, parsley, and red onion. A sous vide egg yolk, designed to be spreadable, adds richness, while crispy Maldon salt enhances the texture. This dish is well-suited for takeout without losing its intended consistency.
A lighter option includes the Caesar Salad with white anchovies, croutons, and housemade dressing.
The French Onion Soup is made with caramelized onions, housemade beef broth, croutons, and melted Gruyère cheese for a deeply savoury balance.
