The Stay for the Oshi Dinner Set features salmon oshi, three pieces of nigiri, and tuna carpaccio, while the Bite of Everything Dinner Set includes six pieces of nigiri with salmon, tuna, ebi, tai, scallop, and unagi.
If you like grilled dishes, the Chicken Teriyaki Dinner Set serves tender, flavourful chicken, while the Salmon Teriyaki Dinner Set delights with buttery salmon paired with a half tuna and salmon roll.
Each set is accompanied by sides like tempura, sunomono salad, miso soup, chicken karaage, and seasonal fruit.
The Assorted Aburi and Sockeye Salmon Sashimi were beautifully presented, highlighting the freshness of the fish.
The Salmon Blossom Roll combined creamy and crispy textures with seared salmon, prawn tempura, and a mix of vegetables and seafood.
For appetizers, we really enjoyed the B.B.Q Black Cod which was tender and rich, while the Chicken Karaage offered crispy bites with a house-made ginger and spicy mayo sauce.
