I had a lovely evening at Maker’s Mark screening of “Common Ground” held at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Discovery Theatre in Vancouver. “Common Ground” is an impactful documentary featuring A-list names – such as Rosario Dawson, Jason Momoa, Donald Glover, and Ian Somerhalder – that explores our current farm system, and profiles a hopeful movement of farmers who are using regenerative models of agriculture that could balance the climate, save our health, and stabilize the economy. It also highlights Maker’s Mark’s commitment to regenerative farming and the brand’s pledge that 100% of its grain will be sourced from Regenified Certified farms by 2025. I highly recommend the film to learn about regenerative farming!
