JINYA Ramen Bar is celebrating the opening of its second location in Vancouver, at 1518 W. Broadway, on Thursday, August 1.
To celebrate the Grand Opening, JINYA will give away 100 FREE Ramen dishes — serving the first 50 customers at lunch service at 11 a.m., and then the first 50 customers at dinner service at 5 p.m. As a special added attraction, a DJ will be on-site playing live music during dinner.
Located a few blocks south of Granville Loop Park, the Vancouver West restaurant opening follows the Vancouver Downtown location, which is three kilometers away. Vancouver West is the fourth JINYA in Canada and the 61st location of the brand.
JINYA Vancouver West Broadway’s operating hours are 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Sunday – Thursday, and 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Juicy fried chicken thigh with original garlic pepper. Served with mixed baby greens and Jinya’s original ponzo sauce.
Crispy grilled sushi rice topped with spicy tuna, masago and garnished with sliced serrano pepper.

Housemade panna cotta with caramel cream sauce, graham cracker and vanilla ice cream.
