Artigiano‘s newest location at Yaletown Roundhouse (126 Davie Street) is a cafe by day and aperitivo bar by night.
Their daytime menu includes Artigiano coffee, pastries and sandwiches.
As of 4 PM, the space transforms into a perfect place for an aperitivo, featuring a selection of specialty Italian wines and signature cocktails, as well as classic Italian light bites.
You’ll find small plates like Crispy Risotto and Organic Focaccia as well as hand-stretched sourdough pizzas like the Pineapple Tropicale and Sweeet Sicilian.
For desserts, there is a Classic Tiramisu and Sorbetto de Limone.
Artigiano’s food is made with consciously-sourced ingredients including organic and non-GMO, where possible. They do not use industrial seed oils, artificial colourings or additives. Their organic bread and sourdough pizzas are baked in-house daily. They partner with local farms, producers, and suppliers.
Their handcrafted drinks and syrups use organic and non-GMO ingredients where possible. They also proudly roast their 100% Arabica and ethically-sourced coffee beans at their Burnaby roastery.
