Baijiu is a traditional Chinese grain spirit, most commonly distilled from sorghum, known for their expressive aromatics and diverse regional styles.

The brand gained early international recognition with a Grand Prize at the 1915 Panama Pacific International Exposition, and more recently received the Best Cocktail Fusion and Innovation Award at the 2025 World Cocktail Championship in Moscow.
