The restaurant is the city’s tide-to-table seafood spot, with oysters arriving fresh from their own Vancouver Island farms. Tickets are available exclusively through OpenTable and the experience is priced at $175 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Guests start with welcome snacks and bubbly, then move into an oyster tasting with varietal history and education, followed by a premium beverage pairing. Expert shuckers lead a practical lesson with tips that help make oyster shucking a confident party trick. Upcoming dates are October 15, November 19, and December 10.
