The Paré Restaurant Group has introduced new fall-focused prix-fixe menus at three Whistler restaurants: Quattro, Caramba, and Lorette Brasserie. Each location brings a seasonal twist to its signature style, offering multi-course menus at approachable prices.

At Quattro, the four-course fall menu is priced at $40 per person plus tax and gratuity. Diners can choose from Stuzzichini such as Crispy Parmesan Polenta, a variety of Antipasti including Dungeness Crab Bisque and Wagyu Polpette, Secondi options like Butternut Squash Risotto, Chicken Cacciatore, or Line Caught Ling Cod, and Dolce desserts including Budino al Cioccolato or Cannoli. Wine pairings are available for $39 per person.
Caramba presents three-course menus for $30 or four-course menus for $40. Starters range from Braised Meatballs to Caesar Salad, mains include the Caramba Burger, pizzas, pasta dishes, Mussels ’Nduja, and premium upgrades such as Orange-Glazed Duck Breast or Certified Angus NY Striploin. Sides include Triple Cooked Chips, Brussels Sprouts, and Grilled Broccolini, with desserts such as a Triple Chocolate Brownie or Coconut Cheesecake.
At the group’s newest venue, Lorette Brasserie, guests can enjoy a three-course menu for $30. Options include hors d’oeuvres like Ahi Tuna Tartare or Blue Cheese & Courgette Beignets, entrées such as Maple-Glazed Hakurei Turnips or Beef Tartare with Bone Marrow, and plats principaux like Chicken Vol-au-Vent, Confit Coho Salmon, Beef Cheek Bourguignon, or Steak Frites.
Each restaurant also offers Happy Hour specials: Caramba’s “Tappy Hour” on weekends from 3 to 5 p.m., and Lorette and Quattro’s from 5 to 6 p.m. All three locations are accepting bookings for seasonal celebrations and corporate events throughout the fall and winter.
